• The eligibility of a seeker is linked to  impecuniousness of the  seeker as determined by the  financial background of his/ her family.  
• Not  serving any other educational education during the current academic time For  confirmation purpose the  Candidate will  give the following documents.
• Attested clones of  Academic documents
• Applicant’s CNIC Copy/ B Form 
• Father’s/ Guardian’s CNIC

 The HEC Need- Grounded Scholarship Program is one of the most popular and sought- after  literacy for undergraduate  scholars in Pakistan.
